Refund Policy

BGS P&F Auxiliary Refund & Returns Policy

The following conditions relate to any event the BGS P&F Auxiliary and/or Support Groups (BGS P&F) may conduct:

  1. No refund in whole or part for any payment of any event will occur if cancellation notice has been given after the cut-off date as advised on the official invitation of that event.
  2. The BGS P&F reserves the right to charge the full fee amount for non appearance at any event if confirmation of attendance has been received prior to the official cut-off date as advised on the official invitation of that event.
  3. The BGS P&F will refund the full paid amount for an event if formal written or email advice has been received by the event organiser prior to the official cut-off date only.
